Controling server from my room

some times ago I have experienced of problem by 2003 server have office me. Problem which I face is difficulty when I have to see and arrange very file many and on file in server 2003 property of my office.
After some times look for the trouble-shooting alternative, finally I find its answer that is by direct remote of windows 2003 server exist in server column from my office of person. For the remote of server exist in other column in the reality very easy on condition that the server stay in is same network or space. Its way with click start step into accessories later;then at communiation select;choose conection desktop remote, later;then enter the name of server computer along with its its. a few moments later;then server computer residing in server column come up screen monitor my computer.
